The City Council of the City of Collinsville approved video gaming in the City by passage of Ordinance 4560 on November 26, 2012 (see link below). Fees can be found in Ordinance 4561 (see link below). To apply for a video gaming license, establishments must possess a valid City of Collinsville liquor license - Class A, B, B-1, E, or F.
