As part of the City's ongoing efforts to increase transparency for residents, the Collinsville Police Department has partnered with SIUE's Center for Crime Science and Violence Prevention (CCSVP) to create a Calls For Service GIS Dashboard that allows members of the public to easily view information regarding 911 Calls for Service in the City.

About this Dashboard:

  • Please note that these are calls for service to the Collinsville Public Safety Access Point (PSAP), these are not confirmed crimes, but contain all presumed emergencies called in, including medical and fire, by the public and some activities by police officers (e.g., traffic stops). Addresses are anonymized to the block level and GPS coordinates are randomized within a small distance of the actual incident/call location.
  • The statistics cover approximately one year and can be searched/downloaded by using tools within the system.
  • Data for the dashboard will update weekly but runs about two weeks behind the current date.
