When you’re looking for that vintage farm feeling for your celebration, Willoughby Farm offers a setting to fit every style and size of event.

Host a small, private gathering by renting the Bank Barn or the Carl Schultze Pavilion, or go all out with a Full Farm Rental. A full farm rental includes the Bank Barn, pavilion, chicken pergola, and farmyard—giving you exclusive access to the heart of the farm.

Enhance your event with our unique amenities. Gather around the fire pit for a cozy bonfire or marshmallow roasting or say “I do” beneath our white wooden arbor, the perfect spot for that unforgettable first kiss as an official couple.

Looking for something more intimate or shaded by nature? Explore our three picnic sites, each featuring a small picnic shelter, fire ring, and charcoal grill—ideal for relaxed gatherings under a wooded canopy.

For cooler autumn and winter days, three tower heaters are available for rent in the Bank Barn to keep your guests comfortable.
