Lifeguard Assistant Managers will assist the Lifeguard Manager in the daily operations of the water park, and will be responsible for organizing, promoting, and staffing events, programs, and rentals at Collinsville Aqua Park. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and have 2-4 years of experience as a lifeguard. Star Guard certification required prior to start of season. Head Lifeguards ensure the safety, cleanliness, and operation of the aqua park and its attractions through proper training, monitoring and great customer service. Head Guards will help with the scheduling, staffing, marketing, and implementation of private events, rentals, and programs. Applicants must be 16 years of age or older and have 1-3 years of experience as a lifeguard. Star Guard certification required prior to start of season. This position performs the daily operations and management of the gift shop, front gate, guest services office, and ticket booth. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have 6 months of experience in municipal or commercial management, clerical work, and customer service.
The Guest Services Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Guest Services Manager with performing routine tasks in planning, organizing, and coordinating parties, group reservations, and private rentals.
