The Concession Worker assists with the daily operations of the concession stand. They help to maintain order and enforce rules at the concession stand, while providing quick and excellent customer service.

The Concession Lead will assist the Concession Manager with all daily operations of the concession and helps with Guest Service as needed. The Concession Lead will assist with inventory and stocking, performing opening and closing duties, training of the staff, and any other duties as deemed necessary for day-to-day operations.

This position performs the daily operations and management of the concession stand and helps with Guest Service as needed. The Concessions Manager is responsible for performing routine tasks in inventory tracking, stocking, rotating, and ordering. The Concession Manager directly supervises, trains and schedules Concessions staff as well as performs essential functions to include food and drink preparation.

The Guest Service Attendant supports daily operations across multiple areas, including the gift shop, front gate, ticket booth, parties and rentals, and concessions as needed. This role is responsible for maintaining order and enforcing venue rules while ensuring a smooth and efficient guest entry process.

Lifeguards are expected to ensure a safe and fun environment for all park guests while consistently enforcing rules and watching their designated zones of water. Lifeguards are also required to respond in an emergency and provide care within the scope of their training.
