👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 High Attendance

During busy days, Collinsville Aqua Park may reach maximum capacity. When this happens, daily admission sales will be paused for the remainder of the day. Once capacity is reached, only Season Pass Holders will be admitted. This policy helps ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

🚫 Low Attendance 

During periods of low attendance, Collinsville Aqua Park may close early or temporarily close specific attractions. If the park closes due to low attendance, guests may be eligible for a rain check (see Rain Check Policy for details).

Collinsville Aqua Park staff reserve the right to enforce all rules and make adjustments as needed to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
