📋General Rules & Guest Expectations
Please Note: By entering Collinsville Aqua Park, guests acknowledge and agree to follow all posted rules, online policies, and staff instructions. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry, immediate removal, or a ban from the water park.
🛟Safety & Security

Firearms, knives, and any items considered weapons are strictly prohibited.

All bags, purses, and backpacks are subject to inspection.

Certified lifeguards are on duty at all times—please follow their instructions.

Impersonating a lifeguard will result in immediate removal from the facility.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests causing disturbances without a refund.
👨👩👧👦 Supervision & Age Requirements

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult 17 years or older.

Guests must be 13 years or older to enter without an adult.

Adults must stay within arm’s reach of non-swimmers and children using flotation devices.
👙🚿Swimwear & Hygiene

Proper lined swimwear is required at all times.

Street clothes, underwear, jeans, thongs, and swimwear with metal, rivets, or provocative designs are not permitted.

Children who are not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper, plastic liner, and lined swimsuit.

Diapers must be changed in locker rooms only.

Guests are required to shower before entering the water.
❤️Health & Wellness

Guests with open wounds, rashes, or contagious illnesses may not enter the water.

Anyone who has experienced a stomach or intestinal illness within the past two weeks should not swim.
👍Behavior Guidelines

No running, diving, pushing, dunking, prolonged underwater swimming, breath-holding, or horseplay.

Hanging on walls, ropes, or ladders is not permitted.

Foul language, obscene gestures, spitting, throwing objects, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

This is a family-friendly park—public displays of affection are not permitted.

No solicitation or distribution of materials on park property.

Loitering in restrooms or locker rooms is prohibited.
🍔🚭Food, Drink & Smoking

Outside food and beverages are not allowed, except sealed water bottles, baby formula, and medically required foods.

Food and drinks must be consumed in designated concession areas only.

No glass containers or chewing gum while swimming.

🚭Smoking, tobacco products, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices are not permitted inside the park

Designated smoking areas are located outside the gates.

Alcohol and drugs are prohibited. Anyone suspected of being under the influence will be removed.
🛟Floatation Devices & Attractions

Only U.S. Coast Guard–approved life jackets and puddle jumpers are permitted.

Pool noodles, water wings, rafts, toys, balls, and non-approved flotation devices are not allowed.

Height and safety requirements for attractions are strictly enforced—please read posted signage.
🎒🔐Personal Belongings

Collinsville Aqua Park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Lockers are available on a first-come basis. Please bring your own lock or purchase one onsite.
🔁🌦️Re-Entry, Weather & Refunds

Guests may exit and re-enter the park with a same-day wristband or receipt.

Hours and operations may change due to weather or maintenance.

🚫No refunds. All sales are final.

🚫Rain checks are not issued after 4:00 pm.
📵📸Photography & Recording

Cameras and video devices are not allowed, except phone cameras.

Misuse of phone cameras or video recording will result in immediate removal and possible ban.
Collinsville Aqua Park staff reserve the right to enforce all rules and take necessary action to ensure a safe, fun, and respectful environment for all guests.
