Entry Rules & Guest Policies

To help keep everyone safe and having fun, all bags and guests may be subject to a search by Collinsville Aqua Park staff before entering the park.

Collinsville Aqua Park staff reserve the right to enforce all rules and make adjustments as needed to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

🚫 Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted inside the Aqua Park and must be discarded or returned to your vehicle before entry:

  • Toys

  • Floatation devices that are not U.S. Coast Guard–approved 
    (Pool noodles are considered floaties and are not allowed. Life jackets are available free of charge inside the park.)

  • Outside food or snacks
    (Guests with medical needs may reenter the park with approval from the Guest Services Manager. Proof is required.)

  • Drinks and coolers
    (Factory-sealed water bottles and empty reusable cups are allowed.)

  • Cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, and lighters

  • Drugs or alcohol

  • Firearms or weapons
    (Concealed carry is not permitted inside the water park.)

  • Glass of any kind, including tempered or snorkel-style goggles

  • Writing utensils

  • Any other items deemed unsafe by Aqua Park staff


🎟️Admission & Identification

  • All guests entering the park must pay admission, whether swimming or not.

  • Refunds are not provided.

  • To receive the resident rate, proof of residency is required (ID, tax bill, or utility bill).

    • City residents must live within and pay taxes to the City of Collinsville.

  • To receive the military rate, proof of service is required.

    • The discount applies to the military member only.


👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Guest Age Requirements

  • All guests under age 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian age 17 or older.

  • Children 12 and under without proper supervision will not be admitted.

  • Proof of age is required.


🔁 Reentry & Receipts

  • Guests leaving the park must present their wristband or same-day receipt to reenter.

  • Please keep your receipt during your visit. It is required for reentry and for issuing a rain check or pass in the event of a weather closure.

  • Rain checks or passes cannot be issued without a receipt.
