2026 Private Rental Request 

Thank you for your interest in booking a private event at Collinsville Aqua Park. Our entire park is available for rent after hours for large gatherings, groups, and special events. Rental requests are accepted on a first-come, first-paid basis, with priority given to past renters. A Collinsville Aqua Park staff member will follow up within one week to confirm your date(s) and collect payment if your request is approved.

Rental Availability

• Dates: June 6 – August 16
• Times:
  • Thursday–Saturday: 7:30–9:30 PM (minimum), 7:30–10:30 PM (maximum)
  • Sunday: 6:30–8:30 PM (minimum), 6:30–9:30 PM (maximum)

Facility Rentals and Rates

(Rates include up to 300 guests; additional guests charged $15/person)

Additional Options:

• Concession Stand: $100/hour (staffing only; all items purchased separately)
• Alcohol Sales: Fee determined by service/product; must be purchased through Collinsville Aqua Park. No outside alcohol permitted. One month prior approval required.

Damage Deposit

• Fee: $250
• Refundable if:
• Facility is vacated on time
• Area is cleaned and restored to original condition
• Non-refundable if:
• Facility is not cleaned
• Trash, decorations, or supplies are not properly disposed
