2026 Group Reservation Request

Thank you for your interest in a group reservation at Collinsville Aqua Park. Please complete this form at least two (2) weeks prior to your anticipated visit date. Submission of this form does not guarantee availability, as group reservations are limited and requested dates and times may not be available.

A Collinsville Aqua Park staff member will contact you within one (1) week of submission to confirm availability and collect payment if the request is approved. A 20% non-refundable down payment is required at the time staff contact you to secure the reservation.

Group Reservation Availability

• Dates: June 1 – August 7
• Days: Monday through Friday
• Time: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Group rates are available for organized groups of 20–50 participants, including (but not limited to) youth organizations, summer camps, athletic teams, and scouting groups.

• Groups must have at least 20 participants and no more than 50 participants to qualify for group rates.
• Please submit one form per requested date.
• Groups larger than 50 participants or requests outside of designated group reservation times must email aquapark@collinsvilleil.org for consideration.

Attendance & Chaperone Ratios

Groups must comply with Collinsville Aqua Park’s required chaperone ratios:

Chaperones meeting the required ratio, as well as bus drivers, receive free admission. Additional chaperones beyond the required ratio must pay the applicable group rate.

• If a lunch option is selected, free chaperones and bus drivers may purchase lunch for $10 per person.
