The City of Collinsville First Time Home Buyers Program provides income-based down payment assistance of up to $5,000 for first time home buyers purchasing a home within the City limits of Collinsville. Eligible applicants must be first time home buyers purchasing a home within the corporate limits of the City of Collinsville. Median Area Income (MAI) is used to determine the required buyer contribution level.

Applications are now open for 2026 First Time Home Buyer Grants.
