The City of Collinsville Curb Appeal Assistance Program, established in January of 2026, provides funding to single family residential homeowners to invest in maintenance and permanent improvements to enhance the curb appeal of their home. The program can provide up to $3,000 in matching funds for qualifying projects and applicants.
All funding as been allocated for the 2026 season. Applications will reopen January 2027.
Eligible projects include:
- Siding, exterior cladding, exterior brickwork, misc. facade improvements
- New, street-facing windows, front doors, or garage doors
- New asphalt, concrete or paver driveways
- Front porches, sidewalks
- Roofing, soffit, fascia, gutters
Non-permanent improvements such as landscaping are not a part of this program. Please contact our staff below to verify if your project is eligible. Work may not begin until application is approved to be eligible for the program.
