The City of Collinsville Curb Appeal Assistance Program, established in January of 2026, provides funding to single family residential homeowners to invest in the maintenance and preservation of the curb appeal and aesthetics of their home. The program can provide up to $3,000 in matching funds for qualifying projects and applicants.
Applications are open for 2026. Awards granted on a first come first serve basis while funding lasts. Applications must be complete in order to be considered. An application checklist is on the application.
