The City uses Municode for online hosting of municipal ordinances. The following ordinances are recently adopted that may not be updated on the Municode website. Please reference the following for the most up to date information.
- Ord. No. 25-95 Amend Section 17.060.090 -Swimming Pools (noncommercial)
- Amendment to Section 17.060.090 which reduces side and rear yard setbacks to five (5) feet and removes requirement for a separate fence enclosure.
- Ord. No. 25-93 New Native Landscaping Standards
- Creates new section to require general maintenance standards for native planting areas.
- Ord. No. 25-78 Amend Chapter 16.12 - Subdivision Process
- Corrects timeline and submittal requirements based upon adopted Infrastructure Design Manual (2024).
- Ord. No. 25-95 Amend Section 17.190 - Signage
- Amends the Sign code to codify Sign Zone 4, define permitted permanent signage materials, redefine abandoned signage, permit 1:1 legally conforming sign panels replacement without a permit, and codify freestanding graphic location requirements.
- Ord. No. 25-61 Amend Landscaping, Screening and Buffering Requirements
- Amendment to Section 17.080.120. Irrigation. Provides exemption from irrigation requirements for native landscaping.
- Ord. No. 25-60 Amend Sidewalk Sales and Displays in Uptown Collinsville
- Creates new Section 17.060.076. - Sidewalk sales and displays & amends Section 17.040.250.I.16. Outdoor display and storage (Uptown).
- Ord. No. 25-13 Amend Exterior Illumination Standards
- Ord. No. 24-180 Amend Residential Lot Sizes
- Amendments to Section 17.040.050. -"R-1" Single Family Residential District
- Ord. No. 25-27 Amendments Related to Tobacco Store Regulations
- Amendments to Section 17.020.020. - Definitions
