Founded in 2018, the Collinsville Community Collaboration Awards – better known as the C3 Awards – are an annual celebration to recognize the great people who serve the City of Collinsville in various aspects as well as their outstanding contributions to the community. C3 is a collaboration between the City of Collinsville, the Collinsville Unit School District #10 and the Collinsville Chamber of Commerce.
