The Madison County Multi-Jurisdictional All Hazard Mitigation Plan evaluates damage to life and property from natural and man-made hazards that have impacted the County and identifies projects and activities to reduce these damages. The Plan is considered to be multi-jurisdictional because it includes municipalities and other jurisdictions (townships, fire protection districts, schools, etc.) who want to participate.
