2026 Birthday Party Reservation Request

Thank you for your interest in hosting a birthday party at Collinsville Aqua Park. Please complete this form and submit it at least two (2) weeks prior to your requested party date. Reservations are limited and subject to availability. Submission of this form does not guarantee approval.

Parties must be paid in full at the time of booking. No reservations will be made without full payment. A Collinsville Aqua Park staff member will contact you within one (1) week of submission to confirm availability and finalize payment pending approval.

Birthday party packages are for children ages 1–12 and include 20 total guests (children and adults, including the birthday child and parents).  Up to 10 additional guests may be added with advance approval.

Additional Information:  

Splish-Splash Bash and Splashtacular Bash includes: 3 pizzas, 4 pitchers of soda, 20 bags of chips per 20 guests. Additional pizza, chips, and soda can be added on at the time of booking at an additional rate of $12/pizza, $5/pitcher, $2/bag of chips. Day of additions may not be guaranteed.

Aqua Splash Bash may not add food to their package but can purchase food from the concession stand the day of the party.

Other than the Splashtacular Birthday Bash, a cake is not provided. Parties are welcome to bring in your own sweet treats! Please note that we do not have refrigerator or freezer space to store your cake and knives to cut cake will not be allowed inside the waterpark. No other outside food, drink, or decorations are allowed in. 

All rates subject to change. Above rates subject to be taxed by the State of Illinois and City of Collinsville. 
A 2.75% processing fee will be applied to all credit and debit card purchases.
