Program Description:

This class teaches movement skills, discipline, self-control, practical karate skills and self-defense in a format that is both enjoyable and beneficial for everyone. This program is developed to adhere to all ages, youth to adult. Classes are instructed by Kevin Dressel and affiliated with Okinawan Karate School.

Flex Reg Online registration available; payment plan required.  Classes are available in a monthly format and are held at the Collinsville Activity Center (10 Gateway Dr). First month payment required at registration. All classes are currently offered on Mondays.  Karate 1&2 are additionally offered on Thursdays and as a biweekly option (Mon & Thu).
