Basic Yoga - 11/1, 11/8, 11/15 & 11/29!
This class is taught for the beginner student but can be practiced by the most advanced student. We can accommodate those who may be more comfortable practicing with props, including chairs.
Basic Yoga will not meet on 11/22, which is the week of Thanksgiving.
