Yoga in the Park

Join us at Gildden Park for a Basic Yoga class in the park. Foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals. Simple breath work is practiced, as we move through a full range of motion with standing postures, twists, back-bends, forward folds, and hip openers. Open level beginners through advanced. Please bring your own yoga mat. Register online.
