Boil Order in Effect -- April 8, 2015

07-Apr-2015

-- BOIL ORDER--
April 8, 2015

On Wednesday, April 8, 2014, the Collinsville Water Department will be performing work
which will require your water service to be interrupted
in the following areas:

All addresses on Notting Hill Court
All addresses on Hampstead Court
All addresses on Carraway Court

The water will be shut off for approximately 3 hours beginning at 8:00AM.  If the work cannot be performed due to bad weather or unforeseen emergencies on this day, the work will take place on the following day.

Once water service has been restored, you will be placed on a boil order until further notice, typically 24 to 48 hours.  All water for drinking or cooking use should be boiled for five minutes before being consumed.  A green tag will be placed on your door notifying you when the boil order has been lifted.

We are sorry for the inconvenience; however, it is sometimes necessary to interrupt service to maintain/upgrade the water infrastructure to ensure a quality water system.

Please call if you have any questions or concerns @ 346-5217, ext. 113.
